I started this blog after reading numerous food blogs and deciding that I wanted to try some recipies out of my own.  Eager to share I decided to post the recipes online and also blog about my eating habits, trying to make them a little healthier (writing them down makes me account for my habits more!).

In other news: I have a boyfriend of 4 years called Greg whos my best friend and my guinea pig (I always try out new recipes on him – and he says he likes them – ha)

Im trying to curb my sweet tooth which isnt helping as I always win chocolate bars in work! (mmmm white chocolate) but I try to eat low fat, high fibre stuff with possible but with a very busy schedule its hard not to reply on fast food and sugary drinks – but im tryin =)
